AquaDesignz conducts business by phone and email only, and deals with customers on a personal one on one basis.Please see our Contact Page in order to contact us via Phone or Email. We will try to mark items that are sold from our inventory as quickly as humanly possible.Please don't be upset if you ask for a particular item from our Livestock and it has been sold already.

All D.O.A. must be reported within 2 hours of arrival to your door, we will replace it for free with your next order (shipping charges are not included). You must notify us by email to qualify. We will NOT guarranty if you refuse delivery of your order or if no one is available to receive the package. All Packages need to be signed by someone unless prior agreement with AquaDesignz. We will NOT guarranty the losses due to delay from the shipping company such as weather conditions or mechanical failures. Your tank must be fully cycled in order to accept deliveries of live animals, on random claims, we may ask for a water sample from your tank to be tested at our facility or a picture of the dead coral! ALL packages are send by FEDEX Priority Overnight now! some areas/zip codes does not guarranty 10:30am delivery time..please check if you are in those area.

Shipping boxes will be Styrofoam lining plus cardboard outside and a heat/cold pack will be applied when necessary.

Please refer to the numbers of the coral/name when ordering.

A $10 paypal fee/box charge/heat pack/cold pack will be added to shipping of every order.
