All D.O.A. must be reported within 2 hours of arrival to your door, we will replace it for free with your next order (shipping charges are not included). You must notify us by email to qualify. We will NOT guarranty if you refuse delivery of your order or if no one is available to receive the package. All Packages need to be signed by someone unless prior agreement with AquaDesignz. We will NOT guarranty the losses due to dealy from the shipping company such as weather conditions or mechanical failures. Your tank must be fully cycled in order to accept deliveries of live animals, on random claims, we may ask for a water sample from your tank to be tested at our facility or a picture of the dead coral! All photos are taken under 250 Watt HQI XDE 20 K Bulbs. Corals will look different under 10 K bulbs. We recommend that the corals should be kept under 20 K Halides to represent their best colors.
